1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of butter
1 cup of light corn syrup
1/4 tsp of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of pecans
1 deep-dish pie shell
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add corn syrup and salt, beat well
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Fold in pecans
- Pour in shell
- Place on cookie sheet or a pie dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour
